Youngest founder of a Non-Governmental Organisation
The record for being the youngest founder of a Non-Governmental Organisation was set by Udayaditya Parbat (born on January 14, 2005) of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. He, along with two colleagues, founded an NGO ‘Rigel Foundation’ (Incorporation Date: February 1, 2020) and worked for under-privileged, slums and orphanages; distributed sanitary napkins, stationery kits, clothes, essential items, ration, masks and conducted plantation drives between October 2020 and December 2023, at the age of 15 years and 18 days, as confirmed on January 13, 2024.
