Largest garden of medicinal plants cultivated in a school by a duo
The record for cultivating the largest garden of medicinal plants in a school was set by Ronith Lahoti (born on December 16, 2006) of Pune, Maharashtra, along with another student. Both the students cultivated a large garden in the campus of Indus International School (Pune), measuring 19 feet wide and 120 feet long, with 200 medicinal plants (consisting of 25 varieties with 4 specimens each, namely Lemon Grass, Turmeric, Tulsi and Aloe Vera). The project ran from September 1, 2023 to October 10, 2023, as confirmed on February 2, 2024.
