Participation in maximum dance programmes by a child
The record for participating in the maximum number of dance programmes was set by Deekshita Karthikeyan (born on September 20, 2012) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu (currently residing in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E). She participated in 25 dance programmes including 11 Bharatanatyam, 10 semi-classic and 4 folk dances (in solo and group categories) from January 2019 till date, and received 16 certificates in various dance competitions at the age of 10 years, 9 months and 8 days, as confirmed on June 28, 2023.
