Longest cleaning marathon
The record for conducting the longest cleaning marathon was set by Kanpur Nagar Nigam, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The cleaning attempt was started on September 23, 2023 at 4 p.m. onwards and continued till October 2, 2023 at 9 a.m. across all the 6 zones falling under Kanpur Nagar Nigam. A total of 207 hours of continuous cleaning was successfully conducted, as confirmed on October 2, 2023.
