First electric car to reach the highest motorable road in the world
The record for driving the first electric car to the highest motorable road was set by EVO India Magazine. Driving the Tata Nexon EV Max to Umling La pass at 19,024 feet while connecting Chisumle and Demchok in Eastern Ladakh, the team started the journey from Leh and completed the record attempt on September 18, 2022.
