Longest duration of backward bending of all fingers of both hands
The record for performing the backward bending of all fingers of both hands for the longest duration was set by Somu Sunil Kumar (born on August 2,1996) of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. One by one, he bent all the eight fingers backwards (excluding thumb fingers of both hands) and held each one for 50 seconds in the bent position, as confirmed on April 19, 2021.
