The record for being the fastest to visit Nav Durga temples of Karnataka on motorcycles was set by Basanagouda S. Patil (born on June 5, 1989) of Belgaum, Karnataka, along with a co-rider. They started their non-stop journey from Mysuru at 12.03 am on February 10, 2024, and completed it at 2.05 am on February 11, 2024, visiting 9 temples, namely Chamundesheari, Annapoorneshwari, Sharadamba, Durgaparaneshwari, Mukambika, Chowdeshwari, Marikamba, Renuka Yallamma and Banashankari, covering 1056 kilometres in 1 day, 2 hours and 2 minutes, as confirmed on February 20, 2024.
