Inspired by the traditional Onam Pookalam, a beautiful floral design made with flowers, the event used 306 electric vehicles to create a giant floral pattern. Customers proudly participated with their EVs, making the celebration both colourful and environmentally friendly.

Fastest Electric Vehicle Journey from Leh to Kanyakumari by a Team
One of the biggest concerns about electric vehicles is whether they can handle very long journeys. JSW MG Motor India answered this question by setting the record for the Fastest Electric Vehicle Journey from Leh to Kanyakumari by a Team.
Team Mountain Goat, led by Paras Bhimta, started the journey from Leh on October 15, 2025, and reached Kanyakumari on October 18, 2025. The team covered an impressive 3,757 kilometres in just 83 hours and 43 minutes.
The journey crossed mountains, plains, highways, and changing weather conditions, proving that electric vehicles are fully capable of long-distance travel across India.
Fastest EV Relay on the Indian Golden Quadrilateral
In another remarkable achievement, EVO India set the record for the Fastest EV Relay on the Indian Golden Quadrilateral using the Porsche Taycan.
Beginning from Mumbai on April 28, 2024, a team of 25 drivers completed a relay drive through Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, and back to Mumbai. The team covered an astonishing 6,021 kilometres in 100 hours and 43 minutes.
The relay involved 23 driver and vehicle swaps, ensuring continuous movement with minimal delays. This record highlighted the endurance, reliability, and high performance of modern electric vehicles on India’s longest highway network.
Fastest Drive from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in an EV
EVO India also achieved another milestone by setting the record for the Fastest Drive from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in an Electric Vehicle using the Tata Curvv.ev.
Starting from Srinagar on February 25, 2025, the team reached Kanyakumari on February 28, covering 3,689 kilometres in just 76 hours and 35 minutes.
The drive demonstrated that electric cars can successfully complete one of India’s most demanding road journeys while maintaining efficiency and reliability throughout the route.
Maximum Distance Covered in an Electric Car by an Individual
Long-distance driving reached a new level when Sushil Reddy from Mumbai set the record for the Maximum Distance Covered in an Electric Car by an Individual.
Driving a Tata Curvv.ev, he travelled through 28 cities across 8 states, completing an incredible 10,027-kilometre round trip between February and April 2025.
More than just a record attempt, the journey had an educational purpose.
