The record for growing the tallest Chenopodium album (bathua plant) on the farm without using any advanced treatment or any kind of fertilizer was set by Ajay Kumar Saini (born on November 25, 1968) of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The height of the plant measures 120 inches, as verified by the District Horticulture Officer of Saharanpur, as confirmed on May 27, 2020.

TALLEST CORIANDER PLANT

The record for growing the tallest coriander plant using organic technique was set by Gopal Datt Upreti (born on June 5, 1973) of Almora, Uttarakhand. The height of the plant, as measured by the Horticulture Department of Uttarakhand, is 6 feet and 1 inch and is still in its flowering stage, as confirmed on April 30, 2020.

HEAVIEST JACKFRUIT

The record for growing the heaviest jackfruit was set by Vinod Kumar Balakrishnan (born on May 14, 1971) of Wayanad, Kerala, wherein the jackfruit weighed 52.2kg, with a circumference of 119cm and length of 77cm, as confirmed on May 21, 2020.

 

LONGEST FOREIGN BODY REMOVED FROM STOMACH OF A GIRL

The record for successfully operating and removing the longest foreign body (hair) from the stomach of a girl was set by Dr. Keyur Bhatt (born on November 9, 1979) of Surat, Gujarat. The condition called trichobezoar started from the stomach to the end of small intestine measuring 59 inches. The surgery was performed in SIDS hospital, Gujarat, on October 26, 2017, as confirmed on July 29, 2019.

INVENTION OF HOLY BASIL HERBAL DRINKING WATER

The record for inventing the Holy Basil herbal drinking water, ‘tulsi’, was set by Dr. Harishchandra S B (born on July 22, 1982) of Kalaburagi, Karnataka. He invented a multipurpose and non-toxic drinking water with medicinal qualities in the year 2017. This water has no side effects and is effective enough to cure 15 common diseases, as confirmed on November 25, 2019.
