The record for being the youngest with Down’s Syndrome to receive national certificates in art and culture was set by Korok Biswas (born on July 17, 2003) of Kolkata, West Bengal.He participated in various national level programmes and received 28 certificates from the year 2016 to 2020. He also received Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar for the year 2020, at the young age of 16 years, 5 months and 26 days, as confirmed on January 12, 2021.
