The record for being the youngest weapon instructor was set by Vivek Kumar (born on December 4, 1990) of Chhapra, Bihar (currently residing in Italy). He is a certified weapon instructor and was conferred the National Diploma by MSP Italia- A functional sports body of CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee), Government of Italy, on October 17, 2020, at the age of 29 years, 10 months, and 13 days, as confirmed on April 3, 2021.
