The record for being the youngest to recite the story of Dashavatara in Tamil language was set by Riya R. (born on April 25, 2013) of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She recited the story of Dashavatara (10 incarnations) of Lord Vishnu including Matsya Avatar, Kurma Avatar, Varaha Avatar, Narasimha Avatar,Vamana Avatar and others in 2 hours and 17 minutes at the age of 9 years, 4 months and 18 days, as confirmed on September 12, 2022.
