Youngest to make a pair of handmade binoculars
The record for being the youngest to make a pair of handmade binoculars was set by Rajkamal Chutia (born on June 12, 2012) of Lakhimpur, Assam. He made a workable pair of handmade binoculars, measuring 24 cm in length and 15 cm in width, using bamboo, bamboo sticks, adhesive, lens and tools, at the age of 9 years, 5 months and 26 days, as confirmed on December 8, 2021.
