The record for being the youngest to hold a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo was set by Azad Sujan Parikh (born on March 1, 2008) of Mumbai, Maharashtra. He achieved a 4th Dan Black Belt certificate in Taekwondo from Kukkiwon, South Korea (Poom Certificate) on January 14, 2023 at the age of 14 years, 10 months and 13 days, as confirmed on September 30, 2023.
