The record for being the youngest to receive a patent was set by Aadhya Singh (born on October 19, 2015) of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, along with her brother. They received a design patent (No: 320648-001) for a ‘Ear Popping device’ on August 13, 2019, at the age of 3 years, 9 months and 25 days, as confirmed on July 1, 2024.
