The record for being the youngest embroider was set by B. Pravasthi (born on August 20, 2014) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She illustrated seven national symbols namely the Indian flag, Lotus flower, Banyan tree, Peacock, Mango, Rupee symbol and Tiger through hand embroidery, at the young age of 6 years, 5 months and 2 days, as confirmed on January 22, 2021.
