The record for being the youngest to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro was set by Virat Chandra Telukunta (born on October 9, 2013) of Hyderabad, Telangana. He, along with his father and guide, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro (5,895 m high) located in Tanzania on March 6, 2021, at the age of 7 years, 4 months and 25 days, as confirmed on April 26, 2021.
