The record for making the unique 3D flip book made by an individual was set by B. V.Panduranga Rao (born on September 20, 1944) of Karnataka, Bengaluru. He made a 3D illusion flip book of A3 size (comprising 80 pages) using pencil shading technique. He portrayed the 9/11 attacks i.e., the collapse of twin tower (World Trade Centre) in his flip book, as confirmed on June 22, 2021.
