Triyanshi Dharsandia (born on December 2, 2021) of Valsad, Gujarat, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for swimming backstroke across the length of a swimming pool (measuring 18 metres x 9.7 metres) in 2 minutes and 37 seconds (under the guidance of the swimming coach Gohil Mahavirsinh Vijaysinh), at the age of 4 years and 7 months, as confirmed on July 22, 2026.
