Tallest sculpture of an elephant
The record for creating the tallest sculpture of an elephant was set by Govindan Kutty (born on May 30, 1954) of Palakkad, Kerala and his two sons. They created the 11.340 feet tall elephant using concrete, iron rods, iron nets and emulsion paint. The inspiration behind the tallest elephant sculpture is the tallest living captive elephant in India named Thechikkottukavu Ramachandran, as confirmed on April 3, 2021.
