Swapnil Baral – IBR Achiever
Swapnil Baral (born on June 29, 2019) of Angul, Odisha, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for winning 3 gold medals in Kyorugi Taekwondo Championship, namely one at state level, 2 at the district level and achieving a Green Belt, at the age of 4 years and 11 months, as confirmed on June 3, 2024.
