Subal Devnath – IBR Achiever
Subal Devnath (born on October 6, 1994) of Nagaon, Assam, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for carving out 30 small size sculptures of famous personalities, including Jagadguru Rambhadracharya, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Rabindranath Tagore, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Mother Teresa, Gopinath Bordoloi, Mahatma Gandhi and others on different chalk pieces, as confirmed on January 29, 2024.
