The record for making the smallest origami fish using paper was set by Thamjeetha Shahabas (born on March 2, 2001) of Malappuram, Kerala. She made a small origami fish (measuring 1.9 cm x 0.6 cm) using green colour paper in 1 minute, 21 seconds and 75 milliseconds, as confirmed on August 19, 2022.
