The record for making the smallest map of India in a petri dish was set by Tulsiben Pravinbhai Patel (born on October 23, 2006) of Sabarkantha, Gujarat. She made the smallest map of India (measuring 7.2 cm x 6.6 cm), depicting the tricolours of the Indian flag, on a scientific -grade petri dish, measuring 9 cm in diameter (under the guidance of the team of Kama International Organic Private Limited, Gujarat), at the age of 18 years, 9 months and 22 days, as confirmed on August 14, 2025.
