The record for making the smallest handwritten Malayalam book was set by Hishma V.P. (born on February 16, 2005) of Malappuram, Kerala. She made the smallest Malayalam handwritten book (measuring 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm x 3.1 cm) titled ‘1921-1922’ on the history of Malabar Rebellion (consisting of 201 pages) using a black pen, at the age of 17 years, 10 months and 11 days, as confirmed on December 27, 2022.
