The record for making the smallest functional refrigerator was set by Kamal Kishore Majhi (born on September 18, 2002) of Bhadrak, Odisha. The refrigerator (measuring 12.7 cm × 10.3 cm × 20.5 cm), which is made of aluminium sheet and other materials including thermo-electric Peltier Module, 12 volt DC Motor and socket, is designed for Health Centres to store injections at the age of 18 years, 10 months, and 17 days, as confirmed on August 4, 2021.
