The record for making the smallest first aid box was set by Immanuvel (born on September 18, 2000) of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. He made the first aid box measuring 4.5 cm x 4 cm items including bandage, paracetamol, gauze pieces and safety pin, as confirmed on May 2, 2022.
