The record for making the smallest carving of a Balidan Badge on a pencil lead was set by Yalagandula Naresh of NTR, Andhra Pradesh. He made the smallest carving of a ‘Balidan Badge’ of the Indian Army’s Para SF (Special Forces), measuring 1 cm x 0.5 cm, on a pencil lead in 36 minutes, as confirmed on December 17, 2025.
