The record for making the smallest 3D minion with quilling strips was set by Pankhuri Abhijit Shirodkar (born on March 18, 1995) of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. She used quilling strips and glue to make the smallest 3D minion measuring 0.9 cm, as confirmed on April 19, 2021.
