Siya Jain (born on January 16, 2014) of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for completing the full ‘Junior Open Water Dive’ course under the supervision of Bryan Noyes (PADI instructor number 548286), at the diving centre ‘No Limit Divers’, Chon Buri, Thailand, at the age of 12 years, as confirmed on February 7, 2026.
