The record for recalling the scientific names of the maximum number of mammals was set by Rithvik Raghunath (born on August 27, 2013) of Kozhikode, Kerala. He recalled the scientific names of 240 mammals including monkeys, bats, Asian elephant, whales in 12 minutes, 16 seconds and 750 milliseconds at the age of 7 years, 10 months and 25 days, as confirmed on July 21, 2021.
