S. Dhiya (born on July 27, 2023) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for identifying and naming 25 animals, 15 fruits, 10 vegetables, 12 parts of the body and 10 colours; counting numbers from 1 to 10; reciting letters of the English and Tamil alphabet, 4 seasons, 7 English and 2 Tamil nursery rhymes; climbing 40 steps of a staircase; and running 100 metres, at the age of 2 years and 9 months, as confirmed on May 6, 2026.
