Riyan Ragunath (born on February 18, 2023) of Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for identifying and naming 31 animals, 9 colours, 15 vehicles, 9 fruits, 10 shapes and 12 creatures; reciting all letters of English and Tamil alphabet with associated words and 2 English nursery rhymes; counting from 1 to 10; and solving a 10-piece shape puzzle, at the age of 2 years and 6 months, as confirmed on September 12, 2025.
