Ramesh Ganpat Kharmale – Appreciation
Ramesh Ganpat Kharmale (Ex Army Officer) (born on November 13, 1976) of Pune, Maharashtra, is appreciated for digging a trench on a hilltop, with his wife. They dug the trench on a hilltop within 60 days for water conservation. It can conserve up to 8 lakh litres of rain-water for the benefit of nature and wildlife, as confirmed on March 29, 2022.
