Ramayana and Mahabharata Depicted on Single Stage by a Group

The record for organising a unique theatrical production depicting both the Ramayana and Mahabharata on a single stage was set by Karunada Ranga Kalavidara Okkoota of Bangalore, Karnataka. This first-of-its-kind play in India, titled Yuge Yuge, brought together characters from both epic narratives to present their stories and themes in a seamless performance on February 2, 2025. Written and directed by Dr. SLN Swamy, based on the concept of Rangasri Ranga Swamy, the marathon production had a duration of 6 hours and 48 minutes, as confirmed on March 17, 2025.
