Rahul P. C. – IBR Achiever

Rahul P. C. (born on June 29, 1995) of Thrissur, Kerala, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for having the hobby of reading books, despite being specially abled (with blindness). He participated in many book discussion programmes and started sharing book-related reels, writings and videos on social media platforms, among students, to promote the importance of reading. His life story is also featured in Kerala’s popular newspaper ‘Mathrubhumi’, as confirmed on July 24, 2025.
