Prasad Madhavrao Bawage – Appreciation
Prasad Madhavrao Bawage (born on November 28, 1997) of Latur, Maharashtra, along with his friend, is appreciated for creating a large size portrait of Mahatma Gandhi with Indian postal stamps. They used 31,000 Indian postal stamps of different denominations to create an outstanding portrait of the Father of the Nation on the occasion of Republic Day on January 26, 2021, as confirmed on March 30, 2021.
