Pragga Roy – Appreciation
Pragga Roy (born on August 2, 2003) of Cooch Behar, West Bengal, is appreciated for making a small handmade Ludo board (measuring 4.9 cm x 4.9 cm) with its 16 coins (red, blue, green and yellow) and dice using art paper, brushes, fabric colours and sticks, as confirmed on September 15, 2021.
