The record for making paper quilled 3D dolls on the maximum number of themes was set by Jagatha N. V. L. Surekha (born on August 20, 1987) of East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. She made 105 quilled dolls on 42 themes including Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Ram Navami, Sankranti, Diwali, International Youth Day, Father’s Day, International Nurses Day and International Yoga Day using coloured paper strips and glue, as confirmed on August 5, 2021.
