Nayan Chatrariya also known as ‘Padman of Gujarat’ (born on August 19, 1980) of Banaskantha, Gujarat, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for undertaking a social initiative by launching a sanitary pad point ‘Parab’, wherein he provides free sanitary pads to women and girls without registration. The pad points are accessible around the clock and refilled regularly through donations and personal contributions. He has been working for menstrual hygiene awareness since January 2022, as confirmed on November 25, 2025.
