The record for being a multi-faceted classical musician was set by Sharanya Mudundi (born on August 10, 2007) of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She has the distinction of being the first girl from Andhra Pradesh to have been awarded the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2020 in the field of Art and Culture. She has received multiple awards and certifications in classical music, academics and sports at national and international children’s festivals and competitions, as confirmed on March 8, 2021.
