The record for being the most modified bodybuilder was set by Tattoographer Karan (born on July 2, 1989) of West Zone, Delhi. He is a bodybuilder and has undergone forehead linear augmentation on both sides by silicon rods, implanted metal teeth, cropped, pierced and stretched ears, split tongue, pierced nipples and genitals, tattooed eyes; and full bodysuit tattoo done from head to toe and beneath the feet, as confirmed on July 28, 2021.
