Mohammed Raed Ul Islam Reshi – IBR Achiever

Mohammed Raed Ul Islam Reshi (born on July 12, 2009) of Kashmir, J&K, is titled as ‘IBR Achiever’ for presenting and uploading a theoretical framework titled ‘Council of Minds’ on the ‘GitHub’ platform. The framework is designed to eliminate consensus bias in Large Language Models (LLMs.), at the age of 17 years, as confirmed on July 13, 2026.
