The record for lifting the maximum amount of weight was set by S. Sudeesh Arnav (born on April 12, 2021) of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He lifted two cylindrical weights (total weight 14.75 kg), using both hands, at the age of 2 years, 7 months and 11 days, as confirmed on November 23, 2023.
