The record for the maximum voluntary blood donations by an organization in a single day was set by Godrej Industries Limited & Associate Companies. A total of 2151 units of blood were collected between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The donors assembled at the blood donation camps setup across the various Manufacturing Units / Regional Offices and Real Estate sites and donated blood from morning till evening as confirmed on August 8, 2023.
