Maximum varieties of omelettes made and displayed at a single venue by a group
The record for making and displaying the maximum varieties of omelettes at a single venue was set by the students of Naipunnya School of Management of Alappuzha, Kerala. A group of 36 students of Hotel Management made 200 varieties of omelettes in 10 minutes on October 16, 2021 as a part of the celebration of World Food Day. All the recipes of 200 varieties of omelettes are published in a recipe book, as confirmed on October 20, 2021.
