Maximum training programmes conducted by an automobile company
The record for conducting the maximum number of training programmes by an automobile company was set by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd – Farm Division. During lockdown, a team was formed under the project name ‘Samarth’ and online training programmes were conducted for its internal team members and for their channel partners. A total of 680 online training programmes were conducted between April 2020 and February 2021 including Dhronacharya Level 1, FDW, TM Process Excellence, Systems & Process, as confirmed on March 25, 2021.
