Maximum Taekwondo punches performed by a kid in 30 seconds using both hands

The record for performing the maximum number of Taekwondo punches in 30 seconds using both hands was set by Initha Saha (born on September 7, 2020) of Pune, Maharashtra. She performed 122 punches against a hand pad in 30 seconds, using both hands, at Mulshi Taluka Taekwondo Academy, Pune, at the age of 5 years, 8 months and 15 days, as confirmed on May 22, 2026.
