The record for walking the maximum number of steps on toe knuckles in 30 seconds was set by Ayisha Shazva K. (born on December 26, 2021) of Malappuram, Kerala. She walked 60 steps on the knuckles of her toes (nonstop) in 30 seconds (across the verandah of her school), at the age of 4 years, 2 months and 4 days, as confirmed on March 2, 2026.
