The record for climbing the maximum number of steps of a multi-storeyed building nonstop was set by Lakshmi Krishna Yashvan (born on January 18, 2024) of Kozhikode, Kerala. She climbed 625 steps across 33 floors of the HiLITE Olympus multi-storeyed building, nonstop, in 14 minutes and 7 seconds, without using any support, at the age of 2 years, 6 months and 6 days, as confirmed on July 24, 2026.
